Rhodes Scholar aspires to change European migration and education policies
Luca Springer, an alumnus of the Dual BA Program between Columbia University and Sciences Po, was named a 2016 Rhodes Scholar. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government and plans to enter politics upon graduation, working toward changes in European migration and education policies.
